Already booked? We can help you manage it.
Reservation management covers everything that happens after a ticket is issued: holds, changes, name corrections, and lookups.
What we handle
- Reservation holds. Where an airline fare allows it, we can hold a price for a short window before ticketing.
- Date and flight changes. We contact the airline on your behalf to rebook, subject to that airline's change fee and fare difference.
- Minor name corrections. Small spelling corrections may be possible; legal name changes generally are not, per airline policy.
- Reservation lookups. If you lose a confirmation code or itinerary, we can help locate it using your booking details.
- Multi-passenger coordination. Keeping a group or family's seats and itinerary aligned across changes.
What airlines control
We do not set change fees, fare rules, or seat availability — the airline does. When you ask us to make a change, we tell you the airline's fee and any fare difference before we proceed, and we do not process a change without your approval.

Reservation vs. cancellation
Within 24 hours
Eligible tickets booked 7+ days before departure can usually be canceled free within 24 hours. See our Refund Policy.
After 24 hours
Changes follow the airline's fare rules, which may include a change fee and any fare difference.
Non-refundable fares
Some fares only allow credit toward a future flight rather than a cash refund — we'll tell you which applies.
Need to change or check a booking?
Send your confirmation code and what you need — we'll confirm the airline's rules before making any change.
